Bluefin tuna from the North Atlantic off the coast of Ireland

Experience the exquisite taste of Irish bluefin tuna, known as the world’s finest.

These tuna feed on the abundant shrimp and squid in the cold and rough seas of 10℃ or below, resulting in a fine-grained texture and superior fatty richness.
Japanese fishing vessels catch these tuna using the sustainable and non-destructive, longline fishing method, ensuring minimal damage to the fish.
The tuna is then rapidly frozen at -60℃ to maintain its freshness, allowing you to indulge in the melt-in-your-mouth texture and the exquisite flavor of the medium-fatty tuna, known as “chutoro”.
